The Government conducted an extensive period of engagement between May and November 2008, talking about the long-term future of England’s care and support system. The findings will be fed into a Green Paper on reform options.
As part of the engagement process, the Government wanted to involve stakeholders in discussions about how the existing system can meet the challenges of the future, and to help to promote the debate.
Materials were developed to help organise discussions among colleagues and others in stakeholder networks. The materials available were designed to be flexible, to allow discussions to be organised in a variety of ways.
